KMM Hotel Map
Hotel is the vertical murder-mystery map: a lobby and restaurant on the first floor, guest rooms above, a cinema and projector on top. If you only learn one building, learn this one. It still appears in almost every KMM reupload.
Floor by floor
First floor: lobby fountain, reception door hide, bar, restaurant, kitchen, freezer. The freezer is the classic “rarely checked until it is always checked” spot. Second floor: an open guest room with bed, closet, boxes. Third: another room plus cinema and projector. Innocents who sit in the projector boxes get knifed by anyone who watched a 2016 YouTube video. Rotate. The survival guide wants you moving between two of these, not marrying one.
Murderer clear: kitchen and freezer first (isolated coin kids), then stairs, then cinema last because the projector lane is a Sheriff dream. Sheriff hold: cinema seats are a trap; hold the stair landing so you see who climbs with a knife. Throw lanes are bad here — low ceilings eat knives, which is why the throw guide tells you to melee in Hotel.
Callouts worth typing
- Fountain — first-floor lobby.
- Freezer — kitchen back.
- Reception door — behind the door at check-in.
- Projector — cinema booth, third floor.
- Bed closet — second-floor room.
Vote Hotel when you want vertical reads and closet practice. Skip it when you want throw clips; pick Factory instead. Compare quality on the map tier list. Pair with Mansion if your stack rotates the two classic houses all night.
Coins hide along the carpet edges and in the restaurant corners. Do not vacuum the fountain in the open. Redeem codes before the vote so you are not in Inventory when the Hotel fade-in happens.
Frequently asked questions
Quick answers to the most common KMM questions.
Where do Innocents hide in KMM Hotel?
Freezer, reception door, bed closets, projector boxes — and then they die there if they never rotate.
Is Hotel good for Sheriff?
Stair landing yes, cinema tunnel vision no.
Can I throw knives on Hotel?
You can. You should not, except down the rare long hall. Ceilings are low.
Is this the old Hotel or Hotel 2?
KMM copies mix both. Callouts on this page work on either vertical hotel.
